Something New & Discount Week

It's almost the end of Monday.  Did you all have a good weekend?  I know I did.  I posted in my FB status that I had a new and fun experience creating with Evonne last Friday night.  Yup!  We had a blast!  Hehe.

We had a Wall Clock Decorating session.  Hehe!  We were quite anxious about it prior to that night but we nailed it in the end.  And the result?  Extremely happy :).

Evonne bought the clock from Super Save (local discount store).  It was a plain black clock with red inner background; numberings and pointers are also black.  With just a few embellishments, glitters, and added with a short Bible scripture, we managed to transform the clock into a super cool looking "manly" clock.  Haha!  We didn't want to add some more embellish because it's meant to be given to a guy for his birthday gift so we decided less is more.  Actually, we almost added a few things but my hubby came by our table and saw what's going on and said this "..what? you ladies adding butterflies to the clock?!  Heck no!"  So yea...we put the butterflies aside.  Haha!
